I was not able to locate the site for the bus pickup. I followed instructions provided by the staff at a Greyhound Kiosk at the San Ysidro border, but the bus never arrived where I as told it would arrive to pick up passengers. So I had to buy a new ticket from another shuttle company.

It was a comfortable ride and the driver was very helpful and informative. How ever there was no sign to indicate the bus stop and no staff anywhere to ask for help. I had to ask the local merchants for help.
