The bus ride was fine. Every time someone used the bathroom, the smell all through the bus was disgusting.

A security guard made me pay him off / pay him money. He bribed me for money. and it was early in the morning. I already bought my bus ticket the night before. My family help found Cancun in the 1970 and My family are very important political positions currently in office for the Mexican Government here in Cancun. I have pictures of the security guard that made me pay him illegally.
Passengers have praised the service for being well-handled, with clean and punctual buses. The staff is noted as polite and helpful, providing a relaxing transfer experience. However, some users mentioned that the bus was uncomfortably cold during their journey. Additionally, there were minor issues with WiFi connectivity on board.
The ticket did not scan in the app or paper. The driver scanned both ways, and so did the window ticket agent. No luck

The bus was freezing cold, the driver played his own music that interfered with the on-board film

Bus was very clean and on time. Driver polite and Ado staff at airport were helpful. Relaxing transfer from airport to Merida. Better signage at the airport to show where to get the bus would be helpful.
Travelers consistently praise the service for its comfortable and spacious seating, cleanliness, punctuality, and professional staff. Many found their journeys to be smooth and stress-free. While some noted minor issues such as intermittent WiFi connectivity or language barriers with announcements in Spanish only, overall satisfaction remains high due to the exceptional comfort provided by this travel option.

Great way to travel to Merida. First class luxury coach, worth every penny. Comfortable reclining, wide seats with room to put your legs up. Platino is the best form of coach travel I’ve ever experienced.

Great to have separate air conditioned waiting room. Easy to find.
We were expecting a snack and wifi on the bus. Neither were provided.
Only 30min wifi which on a long bus ride with no english entertainment available was pretty lame.

Staff at Cancun Centro were rude and unhelpful. Missed my bus and had to buy another ticket online as they would not help me. Worse experience of my life.

the trip was uneventful. The driver seems to have a problem continually shaking his legs (maybe ADHD?) but it didn't affect his driving. More important, I dropped my passport and visa card, he found it and chased me down. I'm very gratefull for that.

All went great! We didn't realize the bus was a small one (16 seater) until we went to board. We actually preferred it over a big bus, seats were comfortable and easy to move around. Temperature was good inside, bus driver was courteous and polite. Movies with subtitles would have been nice for us English speakers.
