Bus Tickets from Idutywa to Johannesburg

Not caring for the customer, my bus was supposed to leave at 5:25 but came very late after 2 hours. No notification massage about the delay until I asked for it. The bus smells urine all over.

Drives were friendly and they drove very nice 👌 no one was complaining in the bus everything goes well

I really really experienced a very bad trip. I couldn't go to work because Intercape didn't keep time ⌚ Imagine 17H25 bus coming at 19H00

The bus has uncomfortable seats aircon is not working the driver is driving recklesley the bus was 1 hour late

Bus arrived very late, more than 2 hours late

It was on time,their staff are friendly and understanding and the bus was clean.

It was an old and cranky bus with none of the facilities and features listed online.

The bus with 5 seats in a row is so uncomfortable especially the side with 3 seats next to each other. That bus for a long distance trip is a big "NO" as there are elderly people, disable people plus mother's with infants. "in that bus there is no Confort at all and that is very bad

The bus on its own was good except the fact that it was late on its time for departure

I loved that the bus actually kept time and the seats and everything was comfortable bu the bus had a problem andit started having machenical problems that was stressful.

Got stucked between Queenstown and Cofimvaba for 3 hours. Bus drivers did not even bother to give update.

First of all it was an hour late at the pick up stop yet no communication was sent. We arrived 4 hours late at the destination. We were very late

The bus was clean and comfortable. The drivers were courteous and took good care of the passengers. They were patient and ready to assist. The bus has a toilet, which is convenient for a long journey. The only problem was the bus arriving 4 hours late in Jhb. If drivers can stick to the times it would make Big Sky a perfect coach. I look forward to booking my next ride with the coach.

Terrible was suppose to arrive at 6 but arrive at 12 was suppose to attend an interview but didn’t my future has been ruined by this. We waited and waited for the bus no one even saw the need of updating us.

The bus is not reliable, it didn't stop by Idutywa BP garage where it was supposed to and had to rush it to the next town but didn't get it So my trip failed yesterday

I waited from 14:30 until 18:00 the bus did not come
