Service delivery was exceptional out of the bus industry, communication update about delay, depot was welcoming everything communicated in details, bus arrived according to communication, driver drove with care and safe. Also thank the driver who was driving 831 on the 24/02/2026 from Cape Town to Durban via Port Elizabeth that guy drove with caution and high alert. Between Ndabakazi & Dutywa We nearly got to an accident but because they guy was using appropriate speed and adhering to road rules & signs He manage to quickly respond to that situation saving lives of 50+ people. We need to recognise such behaviours from drivers who don’t drive reckless. He is the best of the best. On myside I don’t mind to be late than to lose my life I got lives to take care of that driver it was like He knew that I am riding with that bus and like We had a chat that “We want to reach home alive and safe.”

Both drivers were some of the best I drove with before and I am truelly grateful for that. But unfortunately the first driver talked a lot aswell as 2 passengers. Not normal talking. Almost shouting , hard but non-stop for hours. Day and night...and we were on bus 21hours. And we were 3 night duty nurses on bus, couple of students with exams finish that was exhausted, grandma with small kids, so for me it was disrespectful. On other busses drivers tell us to respect each other and listening to our phones with earphones, headphones or whatever. This times phones was on everywhere all the time.. And it's was not respectful

No in-house entertainment - even though bus description states there is. Reading lights not working Toilet - unusable - door does not close, door kept on opening whenever bus went over a bump - which was very frequently and frustrating, very unhygienic - stinking. Driver controlling Aircon, set to 27° on a summer day. Poor ventilation and quality of air in cabin during trip. Please indicate full route of travel for trips, this trip was hazardous and laborious. Unsafe rural route.

They dont take their customers serious. We were told the bus is delayed by an hour, then when the hour approached,we were told there delay is 2hours , then 4hours.
