ALSA Zaragoza Bilbao recent customer reviews
Driver did not start check-in until 5:10pm which was 10 minutes after scheduled departure time of 17:00 hr. He did not fully opened one of the two the luggage compartment doors, as he parked the bus too close to a concrete pillar. This created panic and confusion. The worst was to come: the air condition system inside the bus did not function properly and the inside temperature was more than 29 degrees Centigrade! A number of passengers came forward to the bus driver to complaint the excessively high and dangerous temperature, but the driver did nothing to aleuviate the horrible condition. Also, the driver has switched on his music very loudly throughput the long journey. This was a nightmare trip with ALSA!

I was fortunate to have a friend who speak Spanish, how ever it’s would not has been easy to communicate with drivers. At least little basic English just to help passengers out. Also please work on your on board internet service, not too good. Thanks.

Bus on time departing and arriving. There was a bit of a body odor that wafted through occasionally but there is not anything the bus company could do about that. Overall very satisfied.
