The staff was polite and friendly also the arrival and departure time was perfect only one mistake I saw that the driver was using phone while driving which could cause a serious traffic accident. Being resident of France I saw many people using phone while driving but for bus drivers it shouldn’t be like that. The law should change. The bus number was 5953 from Strasbourg to Paris

Good bus ride just wish there wasn't a restriction on Wi-Fi. Other buses I've been on never had restrictions.
