Trains tickets from Philadelphia, PA to Washington, DC, US

I didn’t received the the QR code for confirmation about my reserve. For some moment the attendant told me I must leave the train to the next station. I was scared because it was dark in the morning. Terrible for me! I cried after! I had to call for the central, after call some email comes from in my box email.

My flixbus journey today was unfortunately really bad. I have travelled with flixbus many times however this trip was awful. I was travelling from Philadelphia to Washington DC. The bus broke down in a gas station, in the centre lane of a multi lane highway, on the side of the highway and again at a gas station off the highway. The driver didn't communicate with the passengers at all and therefore we had no idea what was going on. When broken down for the final time, we had to wait 2 hours for alternative transport. The bus driver only communicated this about half an hour before the other bus was due to arrive. We then boarded the other bus which was now full and the air conditioning did not work. There was absolutely no communication from the driver of the first bus until he said that there was another one on its way. All of this lead to the journey taking 3 hours longer than expected (and the journey was only supposed to be 3 hours to begin with). Due to the late arrival, I was not able to check in at my accommodation as the desk had closed, I had to sort alternative arrangements costing me $31 on top of the $40 I had already spent on the room I could no longer use. Additionally, I had to get an Uber to the accommodation which cost $12 dollars because of the late arrival time, I could not safely make my way to my accommodation as I am not familiar with the area, it was late and I am a young female travelling alone. I'm very disappointed with this journey and hope flixbus will try to resolve some of these issues. Both buses were also dirty and the power outlets didn't work on either bus, and as stated before the AC was broken on the second bus leading to us travelling with the emergency exit on the roof open.

Not particularly enjoyable having to stand in the pouring rain, along the street, waiting for the buss. You'd think something could be done to permit and erect a modest, protected stop, but I'd figure that would just fill up w homeless folks.
