I booked a ticket for the 4.35 coach. A few days before my journey I received notification that Im on the 4.55 am coach. I called the helpline to explain this, but the queue was too long for me to wait. The day before the journey I received another email, this time stating departure from Carlisle at 4.35. I was very confused. The 4.35 coach declined to take me on board despite me showing the ticket printed after I bought it. They wanted to see the email, but Im not from the UK and had no Internet connection. They even asked me when the ticket was printed, as if it mattered. They were most unhelpful. I told them that I had a flight to catch but they weren't interested. When the 4.55 am coach arrived, the driver told me that my ticket was for the 4.35am coach and not for the 4.55 am coach, but the driver was very nice and took me on board. This was a very bad experience.
