They almost left me behind after I had told them that exact location I was at 44 York St. location. It has set for me to go to and on top of that. He was swerving on the highway. Made me feel very uncomfortable and very scared as if he was going to crash! Definitely not what I paid $132 for! I want to feel safe!! Also not helpful that I thought it was going to be a five not an SUV!!

I did NOT enjoy the service departing one hour later than scheduled, after I had just completed a 7.5 hour flight from the UK.

The bus was neat. The driver was polite. However, the bus arrived very late and there was no notification from the company on this. Also, i wasn't sent the bus's details to enable me track it until i sent an email to Intercity after waiting for almost an hour at the airport.
