The bus from Albany to New York was wonderful. However, i was very disappointed with the trip from Utica to Albany. I realize their were delay's because of the snow storm. That is not what i am speaking of though. I thought the Bus driver from Utica to Albany was very lazy, and unconcerned about the people who were getting on the bus. The entire bus stunk. It smelled like fish and something else. There was a lady who was using a walker and asked if she could sit in a seat. All of which had someone already there; she was told no she could not sit there. The bus driver was unconcerned. He did not try to help her find a seat, he just did not care.

The woman driver (who took responsibility driving from Utica to Albany) was so mean and disrespectful to passengers. She even seems racist!
