To be very Frank, our trip was horrible. Just at the beginning as we wanted to get into the bus and place our luggage in the lower department, we experienced that the driver was totally ignorant regarding English. He was unable to communicate even a few words of English. I had to guess what he meant. It was Airport, what he repeatedly mentioned in Bulgarian. We had an impression, that the driver was not polite to the passengers in general.
After getting into the bus, we realised that the seats reserved for us, seat number 25 and 26 were totally uncomfortable.
After a drive of more than 7,5 hrs, our bumps were aching horribly.
Then no proper heating and no connection to charge our devices.
It was a very bad experience. I think, I wouldn’t recommend Union Ivkoni anymore.
I really feel sorry for this review, but that was our experience this time travelling with Union Ivkoni.
