The bus driver was very kind and helpful and a very a very good driver. The bus was comfortable and clean. There was a slight mechanical issue with the bus that did delay us by about 15 minutes but the driver kept working as hard as he could to correct the problem and was able to get it corrected. Overall it was great experience. We were saddened to the see the devastation of the fires since this was our first time back home after it happened. Viva Portugal !!!
