my bus was delayed five hours because of the driver. I was told he had driven from miami to orlando intoxicated. My 4:45-5:15 departure would now be leaving at 10:15. I had to cancel my travel plans because of the wait, and i didn't feel safe. When i asked about refunds or exchanges i was told they were not exchanging tickets at the time and given a free drink voucher. Unfortunately, this was my first ever experience with Greyhound. I am aware that it shouldn't be like this and hope to be able to travel with the company again if this all gets sorted out.

However the ride was on time
A good way to travel this route is with La Cubana Xpress buses. The company offers 1 daily departures, with ticket prices starting at $71 and the shortest trip taking about 300. La Cubana Xpress gets you where you want to go for a fair price.
