ALSA Madrid Guarda recent customer reviews
Bus driver was ok but there was 2 passengers that he instantly knew where going to have problems which was the cause of delays. When we made a stop in Salemanca, bus driver did a count but after departing 10 mins late, he was informed that these 2 individuals missed the departure. Not drivers fault as 2 other passengers got on the bus without giving the driver their tickets. We later had a second stop where we had to wait for a taxi who brought these 2 individuals.

Bus arrived late, we made a stop at Salamanca and when I got back on the bus I discovered mine had left and the one which I borded headed directly to Porto. Bus driver was the rudest person I've known. Certainly won't use the service again.
