She kept saying phone, but when I phoned the number she gave me there was no answer. Being 90 minutes early for my bus ride, I asked 3 youngsters that was waiting for their busses - no one could find this bus at the Madrid Bandaras airport. I had to make additional plans. I took 3 trains and only reached Avila at 19h30 tonight. There were also no Jimenez Dorado offices at the airport. I even went to the ALSA office, they were very helpful, tried to phone on my behalf but also could not find out where my bus was. Can I please be refunded on this ticket?

We didn’t know where to put our luggage and he didn’t bother to show us. We had to follow a nun and see how she did it.
No help with our luggage too.
