Bus from Edmonton to Regina: Tickets & Schedules

My recent experience with Rider Express was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During my trip, my luggage was stored in the under-bus compartment and was stolen at some point during the journey. The bag contained approximately $2,000 worth of personal items. What made the situation worse was the lack of clear procedures, communication, and support from the company after the incident. There was no structured follow-up, no guidance on next steps, and no accountability regarding baggage security. Due to this experience, I will not be using Rider Express again and I cannot recommend their services to others.

The bus drivers were friendly and professional. And the bus was clean and well maintained.

The trip was chaotic and disrespectful. The drivers, except one, were totally unprofessional. Rider Express has no concern for their employees or customers. There is no way that bus should have been on the roads between Davidson and Regina. The storm was really bad. We are lucky we are alive. At other times the drivers were speeding.

Overall, I enjoyed the ride and driver, but the man sitting in front of me was definitely taking drugs and was constantly moving the entire drive. Since we were at the back of the bus, the driver couldn't notice. I wanted to say something, but since I was the only one around, I never said anything because I did not want him to get aggravated and cause a scene.
