If the bus drivers would have been on time we would have been on schedule instead of 3 hours behind. A lot of people missed bus connections and I missed out on checking into a hotel on time and ended up having to pay extra

The bus from Detroit was shaking and vibrating and noisy probably due to bad Tyres and other bad components. We were delayed in Nashville for almost 3hours without any explanation. Finally, nobody felt it was necessary or important to apologize to us for the delay. Very unethical and unprofessional. No courtesy at all. I’m very dissatisfied with their service. My nephew complained about the same attitude and started taking trains instead. They need to buckle up and offer best industry standard to sustain the name and business.

This was my first time traveling, I absolutely hating riding the bus but the greyhound especially. Each and every terminal my bus made stops at the delays were more than three hours. They couldn’t find any drivers. I arrived in Atlanta four hours later than I was supposed to. And as I type this review I’m in a greyhound bus station it’s now 9:47 and I’ve been waiting on my bus to go back to Detroit since 6:30. I will NEVER recommend the greyhound to anyone or ride the greyhound EVER again! AND lastly on my finally bus to Atlanta, a bus driver has just finished his shift and was riding the bus, and refused a girl to sit by him because he wanted a peace of mind from driving all day but the bus was packed, so unorganized and unprofessional!
