This was the worst bus ride I ever had not just in usa, I have lived in India, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland , Italy and Czech Republic. The bus was supposed to depart at 2:25 Am on 6th August, the bus came at around 3:00 am but after that there was no driver to take the bus to Columbus. We were told the next bus is at 8:30 Am so I waited but again there was no bus after that there was a bus at 12:30 pm and reached Columbus at 3:15 again 1 hour late. Luckily the connecting bus from Columbus to New York was 2 hours late so got on the New York bound bus. The bus was running 1:30 hours late but again got 1 more hour late at Pittsburg. I was supposed to reach New York at 6 pm on 6th of August and right now it’s 11:00 pm and the bus has just left Pittsburgh. Don’t know when will u reach New York. Grey hound has no value for the time of its passenger.
