It was really bad. It started that there was another name on my ticket, another seat and another price!! When I was in the bus there was another person with the same seat number and I had to change, I had no window seat how I chosed in the online booking. In Armenia was another people with this seat number and I had to change the place agsin!!! They all payed less and had better seats! On my ticket was a value of COP 104'000 but I payed more. And for changing seats two times and not having the seat I chose, is the price not worth it, I am really disappointed with Fronteras.
