No plugs were working and as a 20 year old girl travelling over 2 hours I need battery I brought my charger and phone was full before hand but still something that should be working . As someone with anxiety not being able to keep in contact as my phone died wasn’t good. Also was very harsh breaking my stuff went flying on the floor and dropped my bag which my mac book was in
