Great service, only change i would make is pick your seats when booking, when we got on the bus it was pretty full and there was a family of 5 trying to occupy 9 seats between the back row and rows in front of it, saying they were waiting for someone to come on but were really trying to keep room to get their heads down

I enjoyed the trip but I don’t enjoy my experience when me and my friend should book the trip back from Cork to Dublin. Both of us tried. He (Ulf Selin) succeded for both of us to buy tickets with Citylink 06:30, 11th of June. I didn’t. Despite that Citylink, Busbuk took money (48:80 Euro) from my account although I didn’t buy tickets for me and my friend. Both companies say that the other is responsible. I had a lot of correspondence with both, but it is a situation like ”Moment 22”. There is no way out of such a system. The sad conclusion of my visit in Ireland this week is NEVER Citylink, NEVER Busbuk, and perhaps never Ireland. A country with such fraudulent and customer-unfriendly companies are not worth to visit. It’s a pity.

Got the 12:30am bus non stop to Galway, driver was very good & courteous, was in Galway at 2:45am, great journey from start to finish.

After 45 minutes the A/C in the bus died so it heated up heavily. It felt like a sauna for most of the drive and everybody was sweating like crazy. Just horrible. Also, I got disconnected from the WiFi every five minutes which was very annoying.
