1st bus ran out of batteries, so there was a reroute to get a new bus. 2nd bus's power ports on the back of the seats I was sitting behind didn't give a charge and I couldn't charge my phone and was without music the whole time. The seat I was seated behind was also damaged, it's backing completely removed. Very uncomfortable experience.

It was a great experience - the driver was professional, came 15 minutes early, off-loaded the passengers quickly. He waited the the requisite time & left at the appointed time! Right was great, he drove well!
My only complaint was that the drop-off notice said that it was the train station, but it was actually down the street! Easily remedied, as i called my ride & they found me easily!

was booked on a non existent bus. was supposed to arrive Portland at 5 pm. did not get in til 8:15. seats on bus had no power plug points to recharge the phone. bathroom had no wash basin. all in all bad experience. no apology for 3 hour plus delay.
