For the first time that I booked a ticket, it was a great deception. I came one minute later the bus were leaving in front of me, I please the customer service to rebook my ticket to the next bus nobody could assist,y wide and I we lost $300.00 just like that. For a first experience it was a great great dissatisfaction.

No service, my mom 83 years old missed the bus tranfer in MTL, no one helped her , then didn't get off in Ottawa, was left on a street corner at 11h30 at night , had no more batterie on her phone to call anyone , had to be brought to the hospital the next day ...ssssoooo neverrrrr againnnnnn
