The bus was on time and seats were fine
It advertised free WiFi but there was no automatic connection Reading the bar code just put me into the app no connection with WiFi. WHY NO SIGN just simply giving the password
I asked the driver who was disinterested and claimed he had no idea about WiFi
I tried to charge my phone with the outlet no power so my phone was flat by the time I arrived
Not a great experience
A pity Flix only operate occasionally
Maybe Interbus management should try travelling by Flix to learn how a bus company should operate. Learn from people who know !
Hopefully I can book for a more professional organisation for my return trip to Palermo
