This bus was comfortable and had plugs and chargers at each seat

The back of the bus was very hot, and the bad smell of the bathroom was very unpleasant. Even though the ride was not comfortable overall, the driver was great! He was very nice and very attentive.

It was a great and safe trip and I enjoyed it. I would consider the red coach again for the future trips

The air conditioning system on the bus failed during the 2 hour trip. The bus ride felt like a lengthy sauna session.

The bus was mostly empty still we were forced to keep assigned seating. I sat beside someone who smelt like urine. Barely any ventilation. Just an overall not great experience. Leg room was nonexistent too.

The only thing I enjoy was that the bus was on time, leaving in arriving to the final destination. Everything else was terrible.

Bus was overbooked. 6-7 people were unable to ride bus home. I had to push past a couple people because I simply could not miss the bus, I had work the next day. Very unprofessional.
