The bus didn’t arrive. All passengers waited over 2 hours and when one called the customer service line the respondent informed him that the busses GPS was not on and they could not predict when it would arrive. I ended up purchasing a ticket on flixbus which I could not fault. Very disappointed in bla bla bus - how is a bus over 2 hours late with no communication to passengers?

The application changed the ticket date to some obscure date .. It would net allow a change to the ticket .. the bus company would not exchange the ticket and the app company said it was the bus companies responsibility .. The app also was extremely difficult to add a second passenger ..
