got to Liverpool late, went to customer service office explained I had a different departure address for my return journey to Leeds and the lady behind the desk told me the coach I needed departed from the same stand as I alighted from got to the stand at 18.20 for a 18.45 departure coach arrived at 19.10 and informed by driver I was in the wrong place but he let me on the bus which departed at 19.20 and arrived back in Leeds at 22.35 impressed? absolutely not

Should provide a map with bus top on. There were 2 Brownlow hill stops around 200m away from eachother so was unsure which one the return bus would pick us up from. This resulted in a mad rush trying to get to the correct bus stop in a very short space of time.
