We had a euro coaches replacement coach 23.45 7 July, Heathrow to Bristol, the whole coach absolutely stank of human faeces it was worse than sitting in the middle of a sewage farm for 2 hours, everyone sat with jumpers tied over their faces to try and block out the smell of the toilet, don't understand how anyone could turn up to provide a service in that condition, seriously has put us off using flixbus ever again.

Despite very nice previous experiences, on Wednesday September 4th I was very disapointed. After waiting about an hour after the scheduled time of departure (14.20) from the Central Bus Station on Heathrow, I was told at the Information desk that according to the updated schedule of Megabus, our bus was cancelled and the next one is at 18.40! Due to time contraints in Bristol it was impossible for me and my wife to wait such a long time. Finally we had to buy tickets to another company.

Bus was late. Over 2 hours. Driver stopped for 45 minutes at a motorway station for a break. Then at Swindon for a very long time. Bus arrived at destination with 4 hours delay. I didn’t enjoy a single bit about the journey
