I was at the bus stop in the cold for about an hour prior to when the bus was supposed to come. So I called greyhound and I was told twice that the 11:35pm bus was delayed until 2:42am. The third time I called to track the bus, apparently it has left at 12:10 when I sat outside and I never seen a bus. Do not only did I miss my bus, I wasted money, and I refuse to take a greyhound bus again. Very Unprofessional

I was dissatisfied because the seats aren't big enough, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the WiFi was unusable for video streaming, the driver was incredibly friendly however and made it bearable.
